With Smart eDesigners, the customer is the owner of the domain name and declared in this quality at the registry. The domain can be registered by an agent/reseller in the name of his client, but the authority of ownership will always prevail over that of its proxies.

You have 24/7 access to all domain name management operations via a secure interface. To ensure a fast and reliable service, you are connected directly to the registries and changes are made automatically without an operator or intermediary being involved (with the exception of some manual operations).

Support and expertise within 4 working hours

We provide 1st level support via our support center which includes email and telephone. Additionally, our technicians are available to provide higher level support or their expertise thanks to a support ticketing system.

Freedom to transfer to another registrar

If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason whatsoever, you can transfer your domain names to another registrar at any time without incurring additional charges or being obstructed by us (except if there is a current legal case or bad debt).

What do I do after I register a domain?

There are a number of things you can do after you buy domain names. Most people use domain names to build their online presence and point to their website.

Or, if you buy domains that have potential value in the domain market or for your business’ brand, you can just hold on to your registration. If you don’t have a website, that’s OK. Just make sure you continually renew it so you don’t lose it.

I just bought a new domain name. Where is my website?

If you don’t create a website before you register domain names, you can create our Smart Starter Page and keep your online customers up-to-date!

If you choose to use a different website product to build your site, that’s OK too! Once the website is ready, you’ll need to use the Smart Panel to indicate where the domain name should point to.
